Wishes #81 & #82 - The Nyamu Family: Munene, Edna, Karimi & Murimi

Part of the family tapestry: Our new neighbors! Oh how the Lord has blessed us in our move to Forest Grove!

The fabric: "Family Reunion"... Red & deep-red; Blue & light blue weaves...

The wish: "We love you and may God bless you always..."

Scripture: "For God hath not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7

Wish #80 - Brent, Casey, Eamon & Ezra Anderson

Part of the family tapestry: Our new neighbors! And little Ezra is just a few days older than our sweet girl! What good friends they will be!

The fabric: Fuschia, lime green and white leaves & flowers...

The wish: We can't wait to meet you - we're your new neighbors! Every life has a purpose and every life is a blessing from above! We hope and pray that the Lord's word will become a large part of the tapestry of your daughter's lives!

Scriptures: The verses from Mark were written on Ezra's dedication certificate and the verses from Pslams were used to bookmark both of Eamon and Ezra's irths as well as their dedications oto the Lord.

Mark 10:14, 16 - Let the little children come to me... for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these... And he took the children up in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them."

Psalm 103:17-18 - "But from everlasting to everlasting the Lord's love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children's children - with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts."

The fabrics: Colorful desserts on a black background... and a pastel green and white leave pattern... "How like God to give us such treats! All daughters of the king should have them!"

The wish: "God has made you - God has had His hand upon you for Good from the beginning. God has chosen you for this path. A unique journey for sure...May He grant you the grace and ability to see your life from this perspective... hand picked - one from thousands; handplaced, set apart for a purpose that perhaps you would be a "Bridge Builder" - to help those with similar stones to come to know the peace and joy that comes from a relationship with Jesus... "

Wish #77 - Micah Reece - "Big Brother"

The wish: Hi Lil' Sister! I can't wait for you to come home soon! God has a timer and He'll bring you home when it's time! I keep telling Mommy & Daddy that! I hope you love bugs like I do and I hope you love Jesus too! I can't wait to play with you, go to the zoo and hold your hand! Love you Lil' Sister!

Wish #76 - Chris Minnick

Part of the family tapestry: Good family friend from CMBC and co-shepherd of Shana's Women of the Word group...

The fabric: Pale green butterflies on a blue/green water-color background...

The wish: I chose this fabric because... just as teh butterfly is set free from its cocoon to become the beautiful Masterpiece God created it to be, you, too, Shani, are a beautiful Masterpiece created by God to bring Him praise and glory. I also chose the fabric because I love the colors in it and I smile when I look at it! :)

Scripture & Prayer: I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your heart as you trust in Him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God's marvelous love. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high and how deep His love really is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Ephesians 3:17-19 NLB
